David Mintz is a hands-on team member with financial advisory and restructuring experience focusing on due diligence, analysis, planning and execution. He has worked with company owners, management teams, private equity groups, lenders and investors across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Carl Marks Advisors, Mr. Mintz worked at BDO Consulting Group, where he worked on all stages of the restructuring process, performing buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, crisis management, turnaround and Chapter 11 work.
Mr. Mintz holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a FINRA Registered Representative.
